 The match holds a huge importance for Green Shirts as victory in this match can propel them into the final of the tournament.

Pakistan have played five matches so far winning three of them against South Korea, New Zealand, and India while they were on the losing side against Australia and Great Britain. The Green Shirts have nine points from five matches and victory in today’s match will give them 12 points.

Great Britain also have nine points from five matches and they are taking on South Korea and in case the British win against the Koreans, Pakistan will have to win big against the hosts.

Great Britain relatively have a tougher opposition to play in the last match when compared quality of South Korea and Malaysia and this situation gives Pakistan a huge advantage of storming into the final.

Australia have already qualified for the final and will play New Zealand today who also have a realistic change of joining their trans-Tasmanian rivals.
